依頼者さまの資料を見せていただき、くわしくお話をうかがいます。
申請のときに気をつけることもご説明します。
お見積りのご依頼は、この段階でしていただくことになります。

We will review your documents and ask you for more detailed information.
We will also explain the important points you need to keep in mind for the application.
You may request a cost estimate at this stage.

後日、費用の目安をお伝えします。
申請がうまくいかない可能性も考えて、依頼するかどうか決めてください。

Please decide whether to proceed with the request after considering the possibility that the application may not be approved.

注意事項に同意していただいた後に正式に依頼となります。着手金のお支払いをお願いします。

Once you agree to the terms and conditions, your request will be formalized. An initial fee is required.
5：作業
書類の収集と申請書類の作成を行います。
申請の内容によっては出頭を求められる場合があります。
整った後に申請手続きとなります。
5: Work
Document collection and application preparation.
Depending on the content of your application, you may be required to appear in person.
Once all necessary information is ready, the application will begin processing.

申請許可の場合は納品となります。
不許可の場合追加資料の提出で許可の可能性を探り申請を継続するかどうかの判断を依頼者様にお願いします。
5: Delivery
If the application is approved, the documents will be delivered.
If approval is denied, we will investigate the possibility of approval by submitting additional documents, and ask the client to decide whether to continue with the application.

1：申請の結果は許可を保証するものではありません。申請後、不許可の可能性もあることをご理解ください

2：不許可時に、かかる費用は返金されません。申請時に当局に支払う手数料は返金されません。また着手金も返金されません。
2: In the event of a denial, fees incurred will not be refunded. The application fee paid to the authorities is non-refundable, and the initial fee is also non-refundable.
3：お見積りは、スムーズな場合の目安に過ぎません。途中の業務内容の追加作業により追加を求める場合があります。

4：申請時に追加資料の提出を求められる場合があります。その際は協力し資料の収集を行っていただきます。
